Covoc 8770 Curtain Track is designed for use in hospitals, nursing homes, doctors' offices, laboratories and other types of facilities that use hospital-style privacy curtains. It can also be used in residential and commercial applications.
8770 Curtain Track is extruded 6063 T5 aluminum and measures 1-1/8" wide x 3/4" high. The track can be trimmed on-site with a hacksaw or electric chop saw. It's available in three finishes: Anodized Silver, Jet Black, and Pure White.
All components to install and operate 8770 Curtain Track are included. Covoc 8780 two-wheel carriers with hooks are designed to roll freely inside the track channel. Two end stops are supplied for each curtain track: one 8785 End Stop and one 8790 End Stop with Pullout. 8790 includes a dropout piece allowing you to easily exchange carriers without removing the track from the ceiling. Covoc 8795 Splices are provided to ensure track is properly aligned.
If you have ceiling obstructions like light fixtures, vents or sloped ceilings, you can install our cubicle track below the ceiling at a fixed level height using our 3/4" square suspension tubing and component parts. See 'Add Suspension Components' below for more information.
Each curtain track order includes:
- 3 roller carriers with hooks per foot of track
- 1 end stop per track
- 1 end stop with pullout per track
- All required splices
Shipping Information
Straight curtain track ships in equal-length sections cut to a maximum length of 48" inches per section. The exact length of each section depends on the total length of your track. We include all necessary splices at no additional charge.
If you need your track to ship in a single piece, please note the following: Uncut track orders up to 20 feet in length can be picked up at no additional charge via Will Call at our Fullerton, CA warehouse. Alternatively, we can provide standard and expedited shipping for straight tracks from 6 feet to 8 feet in length, subject to additional shipping charges. For tracks exceeding 8 feet in length to be shipped in a single piece, we can, in most cases, arrange motor freight shipping which will incur further additional shipping cost. Upgrade to Stainless Steel Hooks
Optional upgrade to stainless steel hooks on the roller carriers. Recommended if using the track in a wet environment such as a shower, locker room or pool area.
Add Beaded Chain Drops
Beaded chain drops can be used instead of nylon mesh when fire sprinklers are present.
Add Stainless Steel Beaded Chain Drops

Add PVC Drops
PVC drops can be used instead of nylon mesh when fire sprinklers are present.
Add Suspension Components
Suspension posts are supplied to support the track every 36" to 48". One ceiling bracket and one track bracket are supplied for each suspension post. Two wall brackets are supplied for each track. Add Swivel Clip Installation Bracket
Swivel clip installation brackets can be used when you do not want to screw the track directly to the metal runner of the T-bar ceiling. The snap-on clip mounts to the metal runner of a standard T-bar ceiling and the track hangs below. Does NOT fit narrow-style T-bar or tegular T-bar where the ceiling tile extends below the metal runners.

Best tracks I ever had
I used to have another tracks from a big store chain, and I have moved a few times installing tracks in my new places, so I know a difference. Covoc tracks are very sturdy, heavy duty, but looks slim and modern, easy to install. I did it myself in about an hour, (female 5'4"). Rollers are sliding so easily and they make less noise I used to have with old ones. Like it a lot, installed both : on the ceiling and wall. You have to drill you own holes with was not hard at all with electrical drill.

Instead of a curtain rod
I have used this track in many houses I have redone. I love to use them instead of a curtain rod and even a shower curtain. It gives such a clean and unobtrusive look. I also love that you can now get them in white.

All items ship via UPS Ground unless you choose expedited shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air) or motor freight shipping at time of order.

Returns
Privacy curtains are made to order and are not returnable.
Curtain tracks are returnable for up to 30 days after the date of delivery, and are subject to a re-stocking charge of 25%. Items must be in “as new” condition and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number prior to shipping any returns.
Window shades, mini blinds and vertical blinds are made to order and are not returnable.
Please contact us immediately with any claims for shortages, damaged goods or manufacturing defects. We will make every effort to remedy the situation so you will be 100% satisfied with your product.
