All items ship via UPS Ground unless you choose expedited shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air) or motor freight shipping at time of order.
Note: Shipping selection at checkout applies to how quickly your order is delivered once it has shipped from our warehouse. For example, if the product in your order ships within 5 business days and you select UPS 2nd Day Air shipping service at checkout, your order will leave our warehouse by the fifth business day after the date of your order, and will be delivered by the carrier within 2 business days. For UPS Ground shipping, delivery timeline may vary based on geographic proximity.
Curtain Track Shipping
Straight 8770 Curtain Track ships in equal-length sections cut to a maximum length of 48" inches per section, depending on the total length of your track. We include all necessary splices at no additional charge.
8770 Curtain Tracks with corner bends are cut for shipping as follows: Corner bends ship as 2 ft. x 2 ft. sections. Straight track sections ship in sections of equal length, cut to a maximum length of 48" inches per section, depending on the total length of your track. We include all necessary splices at no additional charge.
If you need your 8770 Curtain Track to ship in a single piece, please note the following: Uncut track up to 20 feet in length can be picked up at no additional charge via Will Call at our Fullerton, CA warehouse. Alternatively, we can provide standard and expedited shipping for straight tracks from 6 feet to 8 feet in length, subject to additional shipping charges. For tracks exceeding 8 feet in length to be shipped in a single piece, we can, in most cases, arrange motor freight shipping which will incur further additional shipping cost. Returns
Privacy curtains are made to order and are not returnable.
Curtain tracks are returnable for up to 30 days after the date of delivery, and are subject to a re-stocking charge of 25%. Items must be in “as new” condition and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number prior to shipping any returns.
Window shades, mini blinds and vertical blinds are made to order and are not returnable.
Please contact us immediately with any claims for shortages, damaged goods or manufacturing defects. We will make every effort to remedy the situation so you will be 100% satisfied with your product.
