Type 1 Cubicle Track

Covoc #8770 cubicle track is designed for use in hospitals, nursing homes, doctors' offices, laboratories and other types of facilities that use hospital-style privacy curtains. It can also be used in residential and commercial applications.

Each track includes:

• 3 roller carriers with hooks per foot of track
• 1 end stop per track
• 1 end stop with pullout per track

Curved tracks will be cut for UPS shipping. Corner bend will ship as 2 ft. x 2 ft. piece. We will supply splice(s) at no additional charge.

Covoc #8770 is an extruded aluminum cubicle curtain track with clear anodized finish and measures 1-1/8" wide x 3/4" high. The track is aluminum and can be trimmed on-site with a hacksaw or electric chop saw.

Covoc #8780 two-wheel carriers with hooks are designed to roll freely inside the track channel. Two end stops are supplied for each cubicle track: one includes a dropout piece allowing you to easily exchange carriers without removing the track from the ceiling.

If you have ceiling obstructions like light fixtures, vents or sloped ceilings, you can install our cubicle track below the ceiling at a fixed level height using our 3/4" square suspension tubing and component parts. See our cubicle track installation detail drawings here.

Upgrade to Stainless Steel Hooks
Optional upgrade to stainless steel hooks on the roller carriers. Recommended if using the track in a wet environment such as a shower, locker room or pool area.

Add Beaded Chain Drops
Beaded chain drops can be used instead of nylon mesh when fire sprinklers are present.

Add Stainless Steel Beaded Chain Drops
Recommended if using the track in a wet environment such as a shower, locker room or pool area.

Add PVC Drops
PVC drops can be used instead of nylon mesh when fire sprinklers are present.

Add Suspension Components
Suspend tracks below ceiling to avoid light fixtures, ceiling vents, etc. Suspension posts are supplied to support the track every 36" to 48". One ceiling bracket and one track bracket are supplied for each suspension post. Two wall brackets are supplied for each track. Contact us for assistance if you need different size posts than offered or if you have a sloped ceiling.

Add Swivel Clip Installation Bracket
Swivel clip installation brackets can be used when you do not want to screw the track directly to the metal runner of the T-bar ceiling. The snap-on clip mounts to the metal runner of a standard T-bar ceiling and the track hangs below. Does NOT fit narrow-style T-bar or tegular T-bar where the ceiling tile extends below the metal runners.
